Great build quality. Works best if you add bands to help with the strength curve. As basic of a leg curl / extension machine possible and gets the job done. Though there are so many options on the market now I might go with something with a smaller footprint if I had to do it over. That said I am very happy with this piece.

Well built, versatile piece that is simple and effective. The absolute best piece for a leg extension/curl combo in my opinion. It’s on our list and if I ever come across a used one it’s mine.

Well built machine. I love the simplicity of a good plate loaded leg ext / leg curl add in the band pegs and the strength curve is amazing. And, it comes in orange

Great machine and well built. Used mine for quite a while before selling it and replacing with other leg curl and leg extensions that fit me better. As a short lifter it can be a little difficult to get in and out of comfortably. I would recommend purchasing used over new as with shipping and total cost you can probably find something with more adjustability for the cost of a new one.

Had this machine in the gym for 5 years and only recently sold it because we bought a selectorized leg curl and leg extensions. Very solid piece of equipment and I always loved the ability to add bands to it. Very solid buy!

Overall a really great machine. Its long and narrow profile means it can be tucked away into often unused space, and add a ton of versatility to your gym. I think this piece is a great value for being a large, well built, American made piece of equipment. It’s sturdy, tall, and provides a good stimulus for its intended use. I only dock it one star for performance, as inherently plate loaded machines won’t have a perfect resistance compared to cable driven machines. However, band pegs improve this a lot and I really like that this thing has relatively unlimited weight capacity when a lot of leg extension machines are easily maxed out.

EliteFTS is known for some serious high quality equipment. This piece is manufactured by Williams Strength. I’m a pretty big guy around 6’3” and 275 lbs. and I can fit well in this machine. The pads are super long and the rollers feel good. Can add bands also for some different resistance. Only knock for value is the fact that it can usually be purchased a bit cheaper through Williams. Either company you purchase from it will not be a cheap machine after the freight delivery. I scooped this up second hand and love using it.
