elitefts Shoulder Saver™ Pad Black
The elitefts™ Shoulder Saver™ Pad works like a 2-board press—without having someone hold the board or sticking it under your shirt. We have even seen people strap bands around themselves to hold the board to their chest. Guilty! Besides the obvious benefit of better performance, while saving your shoulders, you will also benefit from handling heavier weights, working a targeted range of motion, and even for the pure physique enthusiast, taking drop sets to a whole new level!

Unlike some attachments that I've purchased without being able to use first, this one has become a staple of the rotation. Typically I'm working out alone, so a traditional board press would be difficult. Given my shoulders are fairly beat up, I've found this to be a great addition.

Purchased the elitefts Shoulder Saver after sustaining a left shoulder labrum tear. I had difficulty attaching the pad to my 29MM Rogue Ohio Power Bar without damaging the vinyl cover. This item is priced well but it's durability is questionable. I would consider other alternatives on the market if you are rehabilitating an injury or wish to simulate traditional board presses.

So much better then a bench block. It being round avoids any issues with touching your chest incorrectly

A good option for board pressing when you have no one around to hold boards for you. Mine has held up well to being used on bars with very aggressive center knurling.

Solid piece. Very difficult to get onto the bar. No issues - used one time and loaded my bench about 30 lbs higher than worksets.

A fantastic piece that has a more natural feel than blocks, and doesn’t require someone holding a board. Also will fit a bunch of bar thicknesses without feeling like it’s ready to give up the ghost

Great bench variation, essentially a board press for people without friends

A nice variation to bench blocks if you're dealing with some shoulder issues
