EZ Curl Bar Midas

Bar looks amazing and feels good in hand. Knurling is a good medium. Bends provide good angles. Agree that some of the hand grips spots are a little narrow so if you have large/wide hands that could be an issue.

I bought this with the axle bar on special, like I said in the axle bar review amazing packaging for a barbell. I really like this for french pressing and use it for that more than curling.

The Midas Revenge Rackable EZ Curl Bar has been a great addition to my gym. One of the first things I noticed was the knurling and overall grip. The bar has a very sticky feel that sits well in the hands and provides a secure grip without being overly aggressive. I personally like the fairly aggressive bend angles, as they feel comfortable on my wrists during curls and skull crushers. One thing to note is that the bends don't provide a lot of room for hand placement. This works perfectly for me since I have smaller hands, but I could see lifters with larger hands finding the grip positions somewhat restrictive. I was initially unsure about the gold and black color scheme, but it has grown on me and actually looks great in the gym. The rackable design is the real standout feature. Being able to set the bar on my rack for curls and skull crushers is a game changer, allowing me to focus on the exercise itself rather than awkwardly getting into position at the start of every set. Overall, I think this is a very good EZ curl bar. It feels high quality, performs well, and the rackable design adds a level of convenience that I would have a hard time giving up.

Absolutely love this bar. Made me fall in love with curling again. Great knurling and the fact its rackable is definitely a bonus. I definitely recommend.

I had this bar for a bit but sold it due to the angles of the bar. The knurling is quite nice as it’s a little more aggressive but the bends I found to be too angled and oddly tight spacing. I think if you have extremely narrow shoulders it might work but for a normal adult the bends are subpar unless you want a really close grip curl. Fit and finish is typical BOS, as in bargain quality but I never had issues with it.

This is a great choice for a rackable curl bar. I love the Bends or grip choice and the Knurl is very good on the bar at the price I paid. Sleeves are also very attractive and spin is just right for curl movements. One of the best purchases I’ve made for my gym.

Best curl bar on the market. Very grippy knurling and the length makes it ideal for rack usage. Get rid of the 15 pound curl bar everyone has and upgrade to this.

This isn’t your inherited left behind gym curling bar…this is the Midas Rackable Curl Bar! It’s gold sleeves and extra cool end cap isn’t for everyone…but it is for me! The curl grip angles work for me and the knurling seems fairly aggressive. It is rackable which adds convenience. The price is fair and Fringe Sport has sales throughout the year.

Honestly love this. Upgraded to this from the shitty chrome one that the curl bar fairy left for me and the difference is night and day. I guess Fringe has updated the design and there's not as much knurling anymore as mine has, but if you can find the older version for sale on marketplace or something, definitely snatch it up!
