Overall, I'm very impressed with this machine, especially for the price. The biggest negative was assembly. It took roughly 7 hours, and the instructions were poor. Several bolt sizes listed in the manual didn't match the hardware provided, making assembly more difficult than it needed to be. I also had a minor quality control issue where the threaded hole for the upper gas strut mount was drilled slightly crooked, causing a small misalignment. Fortunately, it doesn't affect functionality. Once assembled, the machine performs very well. The 220 lb weight stack feels smooth, the movement quality is good, and the machine has a relatively compact footprint. The build quality and appearance are both solid. My favorite exercises are the pec fly, lateral raise, and rear delt variations, all of which feel smooth and effective. One improvement I'd like to see is the addition of the extra adjustment holes found on the newest Temple of Gainz version, which allow for a deeper stretch on pec fly movements. Considering this machine costs roughly one-quarter of the price of the Temple of Gainz Multiflight, I think it offers outstanding value and delivers a very similar training experience.

The Midas Revenge Rackable EZ Curl Bar has been a great addition to my gym. One of the first things I noticed was the knurling and overall grip. The bar has a very sticky feel that sits well in the hands and provides a secure grip without being overly aggressive. I personally like the fairly aggressive bend angles, as they feel comfortable on my wrists during curls and skull crushers. One thing to note is that the bends don't provide a lot of room for hand placement. This works perfectly for me since I have smaller hands, but I could see lifters with larger hands finding the grip positions somewhat restrictive. I was initially unsure about the gold and black color scheme, but it has grown on me and actually looks great in the gym. The rackable design is the real standout feature. Being able to set the bar on my rack for curls and skull crushers is a game changer, allowing me to focus on the exercise itself rather than awkwardly getting into position at the start of every set. Overall, I think this is a very good EZ curl bar. It feels high quality, performs well, and the rackable design adds a level of convenience that I would have a hard time giving up.

The XMark Voodoo Barbell was my first "real" barbell, and it has held up very well over the past two years of regular use. The finish and grip have proven to be surprisingly durable, and the shaft still has that sticky feel that helps maintain a secure grip during lifts. The knurling is moderate, not overly aggressive, but not too passive either, which makes it comfortable for a wide variety of exercises. It has also held up well with minimal noticeable wear over time. Are there better barbells on the market? Absolutely. However, for the price, the Voodoo offers solid performance, good durability, and a quality feel that exceeds what many budget bars provide. If you're looking for an affordable step up from an entry-level barbell, this is a decent option that has served me well.

I've been using the TAWERET Leg Extension/Leg Curl and have been very satisfied overall. I own the first version, which had thinner pads that were one of my main complaints, but it appears that issue has been addressed in the newer model. One of the biggest strengths of this machine is how easy it is to transition between prone leg curls and leg extensions. The movement feels smooth and consistent throughout the entire range of motion, and the ROM is excellent for both exercises. There is a moderate amount of wobble in the back pad, but it has not affected functionality or performance during workouts. The resistance feels smooth, the movement pattern is natural, and it does an excellent job of isolating both the quads and hamstrings. Considering the features, versatility, and overall performance, I think this machine offers excellent value for the price. It may not be perfect, but it delivers where it matters most and has been a great addition to my home gym.

I bought these spotter arms on a decent sale. The spotter arms are just ok. They attach from the side and "flip down" to secure. This creates an issue as you have to remove your Jcups or other attachments that are located within a foot or two above the spotter arms on the 3x3 post. Other Spotter arms that attach straight on like reps do not have this issue. While they do have UHMW to protect your barbells, they do not have UMHW to protect the rack post itself. Spend the extra money and get a better pair.
