Essential piece for anyone who squats or benches with chains. Much nice than using a leader chain.

Fantastic quality and great for keeping your bar protected from chains scratching them. They take up close to no space to have around. I keep mine hung up on my homemade dumbbell rack.

These can be useful if you don't want to spend the time messing with a small feeder chain to set the heights of the chain. The rings aren't big enough to fit through the sleeve of a bar so they still need to be draped over it
