Got the yellow version. Use it with the Bells of Steel Far Bar Single D handle for one hand lift and holds as well as the heavier one hand lifts for reps.
Only recommendation is replace the provided mini carabiner with one with more weight capacity- easy to find at Home Depot or other hardware store.
