I love these for use if I ever get a flare up (elbows, knees, wrists or ankles) or post intense WOD. I got two sets for arms because when I had a more persistent episode of lateral epicondylitis, the sleeves would get warm after about 15 minutes, and I wanted a full 30 -45 on. So you can use one set, have the second as immediate replacement, and then have first set used back in freezer so it’s ready for round 3.
These have also been used over the past few years by my boys during football and basketball seasons. My arm sleeves worked as knee sleeves for my 11 yo and also as ankle sleeves for my 15yo 😝
