Fringe Sport Curl Barbell
2-inch diameter sleeves so you can use the same weights you use on your regular Olympic barbell. The angled shaft offers different hand placement, allowing you to target different muscles with the same movement. Target those bicep, triceps, back, and chest muscles. The angled shaft also gives you a more natural and comfortable grip when lifting weights, reducing pressure on your joints.

I bought this bar on sale for $90 based on the recommendations and reviews from some of the members on Gym Radar and I do not regret my purchase at all. The bends in the bar feel really comfortable for curls and skullcrushers, and the knurling feels really good in the hands. I also like that this bar is a little heavier than some other curl bars I've used in the past (30lbs vs. 20lbs). This has been a huge upgrade from my Titan EZ curl bar. If you can snag this on a sale, it's an insane deal. Highly recommend!

Very early impressions- the bends in this bar feel really nice on my wrists and elbows unlike what I got from the curl bar fairy. Also a nice level of knurling, enough for good grip but nothing crazy. I got this bar on sale for less than a hundred bucks new and so I wish I could give 6 stars for value.

I like it! got it on sale for 90 bucks and for that price this is great! Knurling is probably a medium aggressive, bends feel great for curls. I use the inner diameter for skull crushers and have 0 elbow pain whereas with the 10 dollar signature fitness curl bar I had it would cause elbow pain doing the same movement. The bearings in the sleeve definitely have a grinding sound though when they spin but a very minor gripe for the price paid.

Here's the thing, it'll cut ya soft spots. It's exactly what a curl bar should be in that regard. If your mitts sweat too much for this thing, I'll shake your hand some other time.
I will also say, to keep that aggressive knurling, the cerakote is not thick. Mine wore and tarnished some quickly, but seems to have settled and has a little character. If you're picky about that black staying uniform, you may have some issues here.

Amazing curl bar for the price of you can get it on sale. More aggressive knurl than most, while not being too much. The knurl is flattened in the bends for what that’s worth. Similar bends to a rogue bar, while also having pretty smooth sleeves.

A very slept on curl bar. Fully knurled with a medium aggressive knurl. Spins freely and angles feel great. Bar is not rackable.
