Ghost Strong Calibrated KG Steel Plates

These cast iron kilogram weights are machine calibrated to be accurate within 10 grams. Each plate is cut to allow a max loading capacity of 700KG. The plates are also color coded to be easy to identify. On the back of each plate you will find calibration plugs that allows even greater precision. Our Ghost Strong Calibrated Steel Plates are available in ten (10) sizes — 0.25kg, 0.5kg, 1.25kg, 2.5kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, and 50kg — and come in pairs as well as 159kg, and 459kg sets. All plates have a 50.40mm opening which is compatible with any standard Olympic barbell.
