I like this version over the non “Pro” (which I also own) These synthetic pellets work the same as rice, but are cleaner because they don’t create a fine dust that sometimes comes from the regular version. Plus I’m not a fan of the small foam balls in the original version either. I usually keep this in my car and can get great grip work during stop and go rush hour traffic or waiting in the parking lot for either of my son’s practices to be done.

This is really cool device for training grip. I like the feel of it and how easy it is to have anywhere in the house. I can just sit up at my desk and use it or use it in gym etc. I like this pro version with the pre filled synthetic pellets instead of actual rice. Also no mess with this like a bucket of rice.
