Makes the bench a bit longer.
I got this because the the seat positions on the IM bench are annoying for me, if I incline bench, I'm either too close to the floor, or my head pokes off the back of the bench. I got this for the latter case.
Works. Is well built. Wish the seat positions on the bench didn't necessitate me owning this.
