Solid lat pulldown and Tbar row bar. It has nothing to protect the barbell sleeve, and could use numbers on the hole options. That said, I use it a ton and like it!

GymPin HOLEY GymPin D-Handle Bar is great and works well as a landmine attachment or for cable pulldowns or rows.

Had the non holey version for a few years, so new the quality to expect, it met my assumptions. perfectly rounded edges ands precisionly balanced. For the record this is the PRO version which is slightly thicker and made to a higher spec, I wasn't worried the standard wouldn't hold up to what I lift, just after feeling the quality of the PRO line I wanted that.
