Takes the cake for one of those things you’d probably never consider but should definitely buy. Works great as a kneeling pad, also works great as a silencer for deadlifts when the lifts line up with bed time!

The important thing about garage gyms is multi-use equipment. Additionally, all true strongman gyms get at least 1/3 of their equipment from a home improvement store. Therefore, this kneeling pad is a great fit for both criteria since it can be used for a lot of exercises and for jobs around the house. However, because it is so soft, you won't be able to use it for anything that requires stiff cushioning, just something to prevent pain from being on the ground.

PRETTY GREAT CHEAP ALTERNATIVE FOR A KNEELING PAD I USE MINE FOR NORDIC CURLS AND WORKS GREAT!!!!

This is a co-opted piece from another market. And that is the best part about it.
It does one thing for relatively cheap, but it does it well. The foam is soft to offer some relief, but not as dense as the ground.
If you need to kneel for kneeling crunches and ab-wheels rollouts it works.
You can also use it to catch yourself for nordic curls, or under your shoulders for glute-ham sliders.
If it was just a little bit wider, you could use it for box squats, but that’s not what it’s built for.

Very nice for the rare occasion you need to kneel for an exercise and helpful elsewhere too. Definitely recommend

Picked this up at the local Home Depot. Great surface to knee on or do Nordics on. The pad was purchased at a reasonable price around $17 which is cheaper than the most I found on Amazon and you can put hands on before you purchase.

These are great for all kind of things. We use them as deadlift cushions, and on the ground for some kneeling exercises. For how cheap they are they are a great addition for any home gym. They are also pretty durable and easy to clean.
