These are fine for basic boiler plate safety arms. They can get really annoying and awkward to adjust. The finish also get degraded super fast by any bar with knurling better than cap. I’m gonna make the upgrade soon but more worried about how I’m gonna get rid of these.

These are built fine but no frills. Usually comes standard on Rogue's racks and while they work fine, it is worth the money to upgrade to straps. These will damage your bar over time and can become warped/bent, not to mention they're annoying to adjust.

I personally enjoy these much more than the cloth safeties. I know they're a pain for commercial gyms sometimes because I think they're a great training tool for pin presses and other things if used correctly

I will never go back to pipe pin safetys after switching to straps. Straps are quieter, don't get left on the ground, and protect the bar much better

This suck, beat up your bars and honestly they don’t look great. Strap safeties are the way to go

They're fine, I usually just keep them set in one spot n my rack.

Pin pipe safeties are a bit of a pain adjust but I typically set them in my squat rack and forget it as I’m typically the only one using my rack. Wouldn’t even want to do rack pulls off these in fear of bending them. But pin presses/squats are doable since you won’t be slamming the bar into the pins. These get the job done and aren’t flashy- better options on the market at a higher price

Pin and pipe safeties are about as bare bones as you get for safety options. Unless I was on a budget and was at the end of it I would not use these as my spotter of choice. If you have any real failures you will for sure bend the pins. They will likely still work, but will be a pain to move around. No one wants to buy these on FBMP so I keep mine and use them for viking press. I put a U clip on them so that way I don't have to put it on a barbell. It still chips up the coating over time, but the pin has held up very well to that unintended use.
