This ticks all the boxes, or at least the bar I have did. I’m not crazy that the barbell is now made overseas and costs $70 more than the MiUSA bar I got 4 years ago. The knurling is super sharp and the quality on my bar is outstanding. Not a lot of spin but you don’t need that for this. I’m a big fan of this bar for pulling movements.

As power bars go, this was very solid. In a crowded space I don’t know that it stands taller than Texas or Rogue, but it deserves a place in the room.
