This classic three-spoke design, iconic on the West Coast, is one of the best-known chrome weight sets. A symbol of 1980s excess, production eventually ceased due to rising costs and the shift toward rubber-encased weights. These are sexy plates. I own 2.5 pound pair and a 1.25 pound pair. While I would like to put together a full set with a few pairs of 45's and the 100's, I am not willing to pay for that.
