Kabuki Kyübells

This was a bougie splurge on my part, but they are great. I only got the 20# pair, and wish I grabbed more while they were still around. The coating on the handles are super grippy, and seems very durable. I like the different handle sizes and positions. They make a challenging push up handle too. It is also pretty neat that you can slide them onto a barbell. That helps with little jumps when warming up, and I feel like I could cobble something to add a sleeve onto them, and make them adjustable. It isn't necessary, but it adds a bit of spice with some workouts and that is always important.

Tried these at a Kabuki demo, cool but not something most people will have any idea how to utilize, they never seemed to catch on. Not something I was interested in either. Good build quality

I have tried these a couple of times at a buddy's gym. One day, I hope to get a hold of a pair for myself. Kris Duffin and Kabuki put out some great equipment.

A very unique take on a dumbbell. Collaboration with HAVAK for a fixed set of their TRIAD dumbbell. Grippy powdercoat on the handles is fantastic. Very cool idea in concept to be able to "keep cranking out reps without setting down the weight". But I found them most useful for lateral raises, as you better load the initial part of the movement. Didn't love them enough for the space they took up to store and use they got.

These are great accessory tools that allow quick “drop sets” by alternating the loading and grip variations. These were a collab between Kabuki and Havak. Havak has a loadable option too if space is at a premium.
