This piece is very expensive, especially with Kmeter, even the basic package will run several thousand. There are several other things that could be had to train eccentric movements (like a pair of Voltras) that would cost close to the same as a full package kBox pro. It is very difficult to “transfer over” or relate the data obtained to what I have ever been used to. I got the bare bones kBox with only the harness. I used my own attachments, which I would recommend. I wanted a larger platform but the Pro was so much more expensive. One reason perhaps that it was difficult for me to assess the benefits/gains was my unit was absent a kMeter. If you have done flywheel training before and are fond of it this might be a winning piece for you. It’s fairly compact too. I didn’t get into their KPulley either.

This is a very effective piece of equipment depending on your needs and goals. You may have to adjust to the nonstop movements required to operate this device (YouTube). As a runner I have used this as a regular part of my injury prevention and rehabilitation regiment for the past 5 years. It is expensive but they do go on sale, and I’ve seen them on facebook marketplace (occasionally). If you get one I recommend buying an assortment of flywheels, wall storage system, and use your regular cable attachments. I have continued to find use for it in my endurance training and as an accessory to strength exercises. The build quality is excellent and I haven’t experienced any issues with the equipment.

I didn't find much use for this in my gym. The build quality was pretty decent on all pieces outside of the rubber feet on the bottom which peeled off almost immediately. Fly wheel training is not for everyone and this is a super expensive piece, only would recommend if you've used a fly wheel previously and know what you're getting into.
