Probably the best value adjustable bench out there. Even comes with rollers. My only real issue with it was that the back pad is a little short for me being 6'. Otherwise it is a solid bench. Not as high quality as Rep's options but for a home gym this is going to be more than fine for most people. I am personally not a big fan of pop pins but had no issues with these ones.

Excellent mid-level bench. Build quality feels premium and heavy-duty. Decent vinyl with lots of incline/decline adjustments. Love the knurled handle and pop pins. Stores vertically and comes with a leg attachment, allowing you to do decline exercises and even nordic curls. Best part about the attachment is it is very adjustable ensuring you get the perfect fit. Also comes with upper-arm support attachments for incline dumbbell curls, which feel good. When in the flat position it is around 17", which feels great for benching. Very good price for what you get compared to Rep and other higher end benches. Only downsides: the vinyl could be a little grippier and the pad gap is big enough to be annoying depending on how you lay on the bench. Also, it would be great if the attachment port could fit a stand-alone leg developer from another company. But for the price, hard to complain too much.

My first bench was the cheapest, tiniest thing you can imagine from Amazon. It taught me what I didn't want in a bench! This one has a nice thick pad, and has a tall backrest, which is much better for me as I do a lot of chest supported dumbbell exercises. I don't use the leg thing at all - immediately tucked it in the back of a shelf. But I do like the arm supports for curls - they work well. I'm really happy with this bench for the cost.
