I was pleasantly surprised by the performance. Works great and the price makes is worth trying out. Only concern is the longevity of clasping together over time.

The biggest problem with this is it doesn't fit nearly the variety of dumbbells that it claims to. Sometimes you have to force the clamp in order to get it to shut depending on what you are doing. Also the weight distribution isn't the same as a kettlebell. However, it's still a nice substitute for certain exercises like windmills or goblet squats. The plastic is pretty cheap for the price point and I wish there were some better grips. Overall if you're looking to just include some kettlebell movements and don't want to get a set this is a good option, but it's not going to be a substitute for the genuine articles.

Purports to turn any dumbbell into a kettlebell. I don't think it really does that, but it's a great piece of equipment.
The reason I say that is simply that a dumbbell is not the same shape as a kettlebell, and very many kettlebell exercises just won't work with a large dumbbell poking out from the sides. I use an adjustable dumbbell, so the amount of length coming out the sides of the handle is generally pretty large
That said, this gets a ton of use in my workouts because it works great for KB swings (you may just need a slightly wider stance), and that's an exercise I program frequently. It's always just faster to clip this onto a DB than it is to dig up a kettlebell.

Awesome little tool that turns any dumbbell into a kettlebell for swinging. This is something I may invest in more of for when multiple people want to use kettlebells.

Have a couple of sets of these in the gym. Great option if you already have DB's and want to do KB exercises without buying extra KB's. We mostly use them on the Earthquake Bar.
