At only 1.5 lb, this is hardly an alternative to the real Heavy Mug, which is 22 lb. But of course this one is much easier to actually drink from on a regular basis.

A much more practical version of the Heavy Mug! Both in capacity as well as usability. I have two of these, one for work and one for home and these are “daily drivers” for me for tea and protein shakes. I love the SS knurled handle and it keeps me “close” to the gym even if I’m away 😂
