At full price it may be a bit steep but at a sale its totally worth it. The deeper angles on the bar feel much better than a regural curl bar. I honestly have not used a regural curl bar after getting this. Tricep work also feels extra noice.

An excellent piece of equipment coming in at 35lbs. What's so great about this bar is the numerous handle widths, the exaggerated handle angles, the strong knurling, the rotating sleeves, and it's rackable. Also, the price is more reasonable compared to it's competitors that lack these details. Yup, strongly recommend this bar if looking for a curl bar.

At $250, this is a bar worth investing in, even if you might already own another curl bar. It’s 35lbs and rackable. It has fairly aggressive knurling carried throughout the bends. It offers three “EZ Curl” positions - wide, normal and narrow grip. The bends are more steep than other typical curl bars as well which offers some differentiation to typical curl bars. For me, the wider grip option and steeper angles compliment my Rogue Cerakote EZ Curl Bar (which I don’t have the rackable version), plus the fact that it’s rackable, make this bar an excellent performer. It’s not super expensive for what it offers.
