Hoist Fitness Leg Extension is a pretty good. It is pretty pricey but it is built for commercial environment.

The gimmicky movement of your whole body during the rep serves no purpose and builds no extra muscle. Theres a reason no other brands make their equipment do this. The last commercial gym I was a member of had a whole line of Hoist and every machine except the chest press was just silly
