Great overhead bench all around. A little low to the ground, and probably not feasible for a home gym, but it is a smaller footprint than most and still has spotter racks which is a plus

Replaced our flex fitness military press with this and it's soooo much better, feels great, having the safetys both between the posts and in front is a great feature to keep members safe
