Multi- station capability, slam ball trampoline, TRX station, landmine, pullup area, Plyo platform, heavy bag hanger, dual stack FT. Weight stack guide rods and pulleys either needed lubrication and adjustment, or they just have inherent friction - not making for smooth function.
Good for condo or hotel, big thumbs down for home gym.
