When I purchased these I did so because of my limited budget at the time. Over time as I use and abuse these on an almost daily basis, I realized that buying the more expensive version of these would have been a waste of money. These are built well, the coating has held up over time. Sometimes the budget friendly option works just as well as the shiny stuff.

Happy with mine, just bought one to do low rows with and the quality of it is just fine for the one movement I do. Couldn't justify a maggrip for that purpose and I am glad I grabbed this instead.
