As a young man I trained religiously for years. Back then, I trained in my garage gym we all called FATBOYZ House of Iron Worship. All the equipment was home made. Most of it created using welded bed frames and other free steel. The years rolled by and now I am 55 and just over 4 years into a new journey for health and longevity. Part of that journey has been tapping into the younger me that had trained hard and loved it. The small garage gym that started with an adjustable bench and some dumbbells kept growing. FATBOYZ was born again! In August 2025 my lady and I relocated from the central coast of California to northern California and had no place for the gym. We spent 6 months building a 12x20 building. FATBOYS House of Iron Worship is re-established and better than ever. The training methods have changed a little, but the pleasure I get from clanging iron and doing battle with myself daily is beyond anything words could describe.

I've taken a RitFit hack squat rack attachment, mounted it to the wall. I then took a cheap viking press landmine attachment, took it a part, bolted the handles to the hack squat machine. It works great!! It has a weight capacity of 300+ pounds. I also use this for leverage squats and calf raises. Dollar for dollar, this a very cost effective piece of a equipment for my gym. It folds down when not in use. Awesome!!

These are awesome! I should have purchased these long ago. Drop sets, fast, with no workout partner.. amazing!! Such a simple idea that works well. These things have changed my life! If you like drop sets, and you workout alone. These are what you've been dreaming of!!

Simple low cost bar that I use often. It's just like the bar i used 30 years ago. Good price, decent quality.
