These mats are good for a lot of things. They are thinner than stall mats and are very dense and fairly durable.
I like that they are easy to cut, and fine cutting is fairly easy with tin snips.
I lined my garage floor outside of my normal gym with these mats and I’m very happy with the result. I also keep a few off to the side to drag outside for sandbags and other implements. They work well in this application because they’re lighter.
The bad: they do not sipe water as well as stall mats. If you park on these you HAVE to use a tarp or other protection to keep snow/water from getting under these.
Also, they are more slippery than stall mats when wet.
