Individually constructed, stitched, and tested at our manufacturing facility in Columbus, Ohio, Rogue Medicine Balls are made for high-speed, high-intensity training—backed by a two-year warranty. Customers can choose from 11 different weight increments—ranging from 4LB up to 30LB—all featuring the same 14" diameter and scuff-resistant vinyl shell for a consistent feel as you progress. The interior filling is substantial enough to help the ball keep its shape over repeated use, but forgiving enough for athletes to safely stop or catch the ball at high velocity.

These are fine, they work as intended and do a great job. That said, there are a lot of far cheaper options that do the exact same thing. If I was starting over, I’d just get generic medicine balls. I ended getting these because I was making a large order with Rogue and it made sense to take advantage of the shipping rate I was quoted for my bulk order.

Just like any other medicine ball I've used, Dynamax, Rage or Gopher. Primarily used for sit-ups leg raises and push-ups.

Relatively new, so I can't speak to the seams holding. The other reviews worry me a bit there. So far with a handful of workouts, these are holding up fine. They feel good, and are large enough.

Overall solid piece but not the “Rogue tough” of many other pieces. Seams can throw a fit as others mention. I would say “great for home use - commercial could pose long term replacements”. I do like feel in hand, tacky without excessive grip.

When I was a trainer at mountain side fitness these held up pretty well but eventually did start to fall apart at the seems

Nice quality medicine balls. The outer shell feels nice in hand and the stitching is very well done. Ball has just enough bounce and rebound and it keeps it shape perfectly. The Rogue branding and visual look of these medicine balls is also nice in my gym. All business look. The only negative is the price compared to competitors.

Had these for many years. They have taken a beaten and keep on working. They do get slick when you are sweaty. These will bounce back a little but not as much as the rubber kind.

I am less of a fan of this style of med ball. The ab mat ball feel is a bit better IMO due to the material, durability, and bounce. These can fray over long term use at the seams. The size is larger which is nice. For a home gym use these are just fine, but id still say go with abmat unless you are needing a heavier ball.
