MERACH Ab Machine

I got this on a whim, and caught it on sale for $90. I put a pair of Ironmaster leg roller pads (that I had left over from swapping with injection molded pads) on for extra comfort for the forearm support bar. There are several incline settings to increase the level of difficulty. The leg rollers are very smooth along the track and the pads are comfortable on the knees. It has a very cheap rep and calorie counter that I’m debating on not even using. The band aspect to this is useless to me. I use this primarily to insert ab work more frequently - in between sets of other body part exercises, rather than just hitting abs only twice a week. It folds for easy storage. And despite being very light and not having a more robust frame, it’s very stable and feels solid in use.
