Metal Jerk Blocks

If a strong pair of jerk boxes can last for years, Rogue’s heavy-duty Metal Jerk Blocks are built more with generations in mind. Constructed from 11-gauge steel and weighing in at a combined 530LB, a pair of these fully adjustable jerk blocks can take enormous punishment, day after day, without losing any of their structural integrity or versatility. The tops of the blocks measure 24" x 31.25" and are made from 0.25" thick steel plating-- reinforced with 2x2" and 2x3" 11-Gauge Steel, 0.25" formed steel top plate cross-bracing to ensure they'll never bend or collapse. A 0.375" thick rubber matting is included to minimize the sound and bounce of your plates, and a 1" tall bent lip is there to keep the plates from rolling off after a drop.
