I own 2 Metal Militia Comp benches. One we put on face savers that were custom built, the other we had built with the savers by Bill Crawford. These are hardcore, heavy built, last a lifetime benches. The bench pad is perfect width, not too firm, but incredible grip. It’s also phenomenal height. For my dollar it’s the best comp bench available!

Chances are if you've used this you're a pretty hardcore powerlifter that has been around a long time. Could use some spotter arms though but I know thats a newer bench thing
