Metal Pulling Blocks
Rogue’s Metal Pulling Blocks feature the same quarter-inch steel plating and 2x3” 11-gauge steel cross-bracing as our larger Metal Jerk Blocks—meaning they won’t break down and won’t require replacements like most DIY wooden pulling boxes. For height adjustments, you can easily reposition the Metal Blocks at 2" increments (12", 14", 16" and 18" for the Medium Blocks) without the need of any tedious stacking or unstacking.

Awsome build quality, we also use these for block pulls, have had someone deadlift 1100lb on them and they could handle so much more. Only complaint is wow they are awful to move by yourself

Great for strongman and oly lifting, but not ideal for powerlifting because they are up higher than most powerlifters use for angood training benefit, which typically is 1-3 inches

Best pulling blocks on the market. Will not break down like wood from dropping Olympic lifts onto them. Only downside is that they are cumbersome to move. Ideally, these will remain a fixture on the back of your platform.
