This was my first specialty bar and I quickly upgraded to a kabuki bar. I love Rogue equipment, but at the time of this purchase, their specialty bars, in my opinion, weren't great. Finding the balance of the bar wasn't easy. It's now strapped to the top of my rack for pull-ups.

I had this bar for about a month. It’s nothing special and it’s beefier than you’d probably want. I opted for a smaller form factor bar since I found myself not using it anymore

I've used of these a few times, and it's fine. For the price, however, I would opt to get a cambered multigrip bar unless ALL your flat pressing is done with this and you know you don't want the extra range of motion.
