I was able to progress my overhead press because of these. I keep them right next to my 5 lb and 2.5 lb plates. Don't waste your time buying 1.25 lbs plates anywhere else, just get this set of Microgainz and you get every plate combo possible

Love the look of these and how useful they are. I have had times when I need to do a very specific lift to like .5 lb. Also this helps with a few weird weight specialty bars so you can get exact weight you want.
