This specially designed monolift allows for optimal squat training by taking the walkout way from the lift. You un-rack the weight while your training partner pulls the lever, moving the rack hooks forward. The hydraulic lift and lever support stand to adjust for all heights and hand positions.

Great mono lift, no thrills but is old reliable and a more then fair price for a great piece of equipment

Still a great quality monolift that is always available in a declining market for them. But for only a couple hundred bucks more you can get the deluxe version with band pegs which is a huge plus for training
