This is the Monster Lite version of our 1.25" diameter Kids' Pull-Up Bar, designed exclusively for mounting to the 3x3" tube of an existing M-Lite rack, rig, or stand. Rather than lifting a child up to an adult pull-up bar or having them stand on a box, the Kids' Pull-Up Bar offers a much safer, fully adjustable alternative. By using the convenient push-pin system, you can easily re-position the bar from knee-high up to a height of 7' — ideal for the progression of one child athlete or the varying needs of kids in a school gym or youth training facility.

Bought this for the kids, but it's actually gotten the most use from my short queen wife. Beefy, durable build with no problem handling my 200lb frame. If anything, it's a convenient extra option for pull-ups anywhere on your rig.

I purchased this to allow my newborn baby to hang from it safely at the lowest possible setting. She is far too young but at least I already have it. In the meantime, I use it for sandbag over bars. It is one of the lightest built Rogue products that I've bought as it is clearing marketed towards kids. That said, it is still plenty sturdy enough to support me (220lbs) or a sandbag being loaded over it.

Nice option for kids, I do find it has some give towards the end of bar, but not a big surprise. Don't leave these on your rack though b/c you can def impale yourself... ask how I know.

This can support more weight than they list it at. IDK how much more, but I have done pull ups on it just fine. It can be nice to have as a quick side mount for additional slots for pull ups. Now for its intended purpose… it will be a moral pull up bar.
