Monster Texas Squat Bar

By far my favorite squat bar, even using deep dish plates the whip is almost Zero with 600lb +

If this thing bends it means you're strong. Not needed for 99% of lifters, but if you need stability and no whip squat with this big boy.

I loved this bar. I didn’t need it but I got it anyway, then when I stopped powerlifting I sold it to Hogan who also has a review below. The only thing I would add to his review is that I really used this mostly for benching. The thickness of the bar and the kneeling just feel awesome for pressing movements.

The same great quality that Texas Power Bars always has. This thing will be a bit much for most people unless you have a 700+lb squat or the meet you're competing in is using it and you want familiarity. Its just a massive squat bar that will not flex much at all

Out of the package you’ll be impressed. Great loadable sleeve, finish, knurl. I mark it down because I’m just not impressed with durability. Seems like after a few big hits (800+) it picks up more bend, oscillation, etc. For price it’s tough to beat, but doing over I’d have bought the Sportkraft or F8

Texas bars are strong as a house. This bar is that and is LONG as a house. You need some serious space to store and use this bar. That being said, if your gym can wield this shaft then you can finally own the last piece of equipment you need to get strong. In all seriousness, this is an amazing bar that takes all the things someone wants in a squat bar and dials them up to an everything is bigger in Texas level. My go to squat bar is still the rogue squat bar, but this is a fun toy to also have in the gym. If you’re someone who needs a squat bar to be EVEN stiffer then you must be one of the top squatters in the world and you don’t need to be following my review. To everyone else, get this if you have the room and like having unique pieces in the gym to play around with or to have a conversation piece about.

This thing is a monster as the name implies. It's 35mm and 55kg. It's everything you love about a Texas bar, just bigger. I don't see a reason for most to buy this however as many don't need the added length on the shaft of sleeves. That being said, it makes squatting in any rack a breeze as you'll never hit the uprights. I do wish they'd just fully knurl the shaft but it is what it is. You do get some slop on the sleeve due to the roll pin design used by TPB, but if you're in the market for a big ol squat bar, this may be it!
