Great value for an implement that is contested pretty frequently. I originally purchased it for the Napalm Nightmare World Championship with 2-3/8 inch handles and currently have it configured with 3x4 handles. Be careful changing the handles out. I lost one of the set screws on the 1 inch collars and had to buy a four pack of collars rather than continuing to search the basement floor.

Stout, versatile, and effective. The paint is grippy and chalks well but it chips and flakes off easily.

With normal sized hands, this becomes quite a challenge if you're timing yourself with enough weight. I ended up with the round 2 3/8" handles and a set of pinch blocks that are 2"x5". They're easy to swap out with an allen key. This really spices up the end of any training day, especially after deadlifting.

Every grip company has their own version of IronMind's Rolling Thunder, but Arm Assassin to the approach of modularity and versatility. Rather than a single thick handle that spins around the center shaft, Luke came up with a system where you can swap out different thickness handles and pinch blocks, both on the single and this version with the dual handles. For anyone getting into grip training and looking at a rolling handle implement, this and the single handle are all you will ever need.

This grip trainer is very versatile. Not only does it train your grip, but in have also used it with my functional trainer to build my forearms.
