We own a pair, have descent quality, balanced with nice finish

I own a 10 pound pair and they are rock solid. I do not use them often except for the occasional warm up. If you like to change up your warm ups and conditioning, these are a great addition. You do not need them to get big and strong.

These offer a change of pace and are good for either slow or ballistic movements.

Had two different pairs. They were really affordable. Never really used them though after the initial "new" factor wore off. But they were nice quality and well balanced.

I don't think they make these anymore, but I really like them for warming up on bench/press day. Really solid, smooth finish with no blemishes
