Palm Press
Rather than power gripping a round bar or pushing through the soft hypothenar region of the hand when using a rope or strap, the Palm Press distributes pressure across the entire palmar surface of the hand. This improves hand and elbow comfort. Using the Palm Press, you naturally flex your wrist at the top of the rep. This maintains a larger resistance arm (i.e. keeps cable further from elbow) and likely increases the tension experience by triceps brachii at all important range/ long muscle length position.

Yes they are expensive and yes you can buy knockoffs. I have used both and the original just hits different. Very beefy. I think they are worth the extra money. This is a nice change of pace versus a traditional tricep attachment.

This is probably my favorite of the MAG attachments and I'm really glad I got this. I use this weekly for tricep pushdowns. There's something about how it extends the tricep that I don't quite get from any other attachment.

Phenomenal piece for heavy tricep work, and I also use for a lot of pull-through style back and lat work, as well as some open palm bicep curl work. The ability drive through the palms eliminates any grip inconsistencies and focus HARD on triceps
