I really like this in comparison to just putting a V-grip cable attachment under the bar like people have done for years.
This is a great handle and feels good using it to do landline rows on back day! I like how your can also use it as a jack stand for loading plates onto the bar.
The powder coat finish started chipping off of the hole after a few uses but that’s expected when you have metal on metal contract.

This is a great product, heavy and solid weighing in at approximately 11.5-12lbs. Fat handles comes in at approximately 13.5-14lbs. It's great for what it was designed for. It's plate jack function makes plate exchanges easy. One of the first pieces I bought from Rogue. However, this got replaced by Rogue's CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Cable & Landmine Attachment (~8.5lbs), which offers same function plus more grip options. Now this piece collects dust in my gym.

This was the #1 attachment I wanted when we added a landmine to our gym. We have the fat grip version. It's great that it doubles as a jack. The first one Rogue sent out was bent, they sent us a replacement immediately. It doesn't get used as much as we intended, but feels great when we decided to pull it out. I'm on the shorter side of the height spectrum and have to stand on bumpers to really get a good stretch at the bottom...I blame my parents, not Rogue.

Great products for landmine work. If the price is right for you buy it.

Another piece of equipment that is well-built but doesn't get the use it deserves. I like the feel of this handle for rows, but most of the time, I don't want to move stuff around when I can row with a straight bar, or I actually really like rowing with the rackable curl bar. So I'd personally save your money for something else.

This is a solid add on to any landmine set up. However as the years have gone by there are some more refined options that are less bulky and lighter you may want to consider.

Its a big piece, but it feels perfect in hand and gives the perfect distance to work as a plate jack, whilst also not banging into your balls at the top of a LM Row

Honestly is really nice for loading a t bar row and got some grip work in

It gets the job done and is easy to store. The powder coat is flaking off where the barbell gets inserted after 4 years of semi regular use and the handles don’t have the best grip on them. I do like to add Fat Gripz for extra forearm work

I used to be a big fan of the feel of this handle, but the lack of versatility after other handles came out has changed my mind. The others out there (which rogue makes one) can also do cables and is a bit more space efficient. That makes those more versatile and welcome in my gym.
