What can I say, this is pretty much the gold standard when it comes to pendulum squats.
The adjustable footplate is a huge plus and the grip on it feels awesome. Your feet feel completely locked in and the whole movement is just really comfortable.
I don’t think it feels quite as sturdy as the OG Paramount Total Leg, but the Atlantis is definitely more comfortable to me. And considering they’re usually around the same price, I’d take the Atlantis over the Paramount.

One of the best hack squats that’s currently in production. A lot of adjustability, ability to use bands, and very well built.

Probably one of the best pendulums on the market. It's pretty expensive but a great builder for the squat. The footprint isnt as bad as others

Great Pendulum squat. The only brand I will use for pendulums other than the OG Paramount and Temple of Gainz. Much more expensive than the TOG and loadable counterweight would make this better. My review picture is not the Pro model which is currently not in the Gym Radar library, however I have used both and they are both great.

My favorite pendulum squat. Really nice large counterweight and adjustable foot plate. Feels extremely solid. Would like to do more working sets on the Prime Pendulum to compare as the prime one has an adjustable counterweight angles...but until then this is the best Pendulum I have used.
