The Plate Loaded Arm Curl provides an easy set up with multiple seat height adjustments and the axis of rotation mark to assist with proper set up. Like all of our Selectorized and Plate Loaded equipment, this machine is equipped with our Smart Strength Technology, giving the user the ability to manipulate the resistance profile to overload different areas within the exercise movement. Upgrade to 360-degree rotating handles (Standard Grip or KAZ Handles).

Awesome machine, I remember using this when it was Strive fitness at a gym way back when I was in college. Recently used this one at another commercial gym and it is so sweet. I love the three different resistance curves you can get with the different placement of the weight horns. With an unlimited budget and space I would get this, the leg curl and the leg extension all plate loaded.

I think prime's concept with 3 weight placements fits really well here because 99% of people miss their curls at the very top or past halfway of the curl. This machine allows you to make the bottom portion very difficult and the top easier, or vice versa which is great
