Pretty solid. Only complaint is that I now have a reason to buy more calibrated plates so I can load it over 400 pounds.
Will work great for power stairs training, duck walk, or heavy swings.

I don't mind this power pin, but honestly just prefer to use my Spud Inc kettle bell strap.

Value power pin. It works. Handle might have a little wiggle to it extended all the way out. I used it for Ukrainian deadlift training.

For the price, I think it would be hard to beat this power pin.
Additional information as of 2026-03-13: I have used this for duck walks, power stairs, and heavy swings. I got up to around 380lbs loaded, but I did have to carefully and strategically pick my thinnest plates. So if you have too thick of plates, you may be weight limited. The structural integrity, however, has handled everything so far. I stand by initial but short review. Maybe the only fix could be to somehow allow slightly more vertical space, but it's pretty hard without making it too large in general.
