My wife had one of these from her job as a PT and she had me try it. Kind of a nice tool to zen you out and relax your nervous system

My wife got this for Christmas from a friend, supposedly it’s supposed to help loosen up leg muscles. I’ve stood on it occasionally at full power for 15-20 after a tough leg workout and I think it does something but not enough to justify buying it or using it regularly, just stretching would do the trick.
