Its a good machine. Nothing special or ordinary about it. The positioning angle of being bent att the waist (if that makes sense) felt good, when the knees drop down lower than the hips. The weight stack is pretty decently heavy as well

This machine is not terrible, and it’s my go to hamstring machine at the gym. One of the biggest downsides is the padding. It’s extremely hard and after months of use at a commercial gym it’s not even broken in. If your quads are sore then this machine will be miserable. The biggest plus is that the weight stack seems to be the most appropriate of any precor machine. Light enough that a beginner can use it and heavy enough to not easily max it out.
