This is a very heavy bench, but the handle, wheels and the ability to stand it on end make it easy to maneuver in the gym. Strangely, this bench has a small pad that you remove to incline.
Adjusting the angle of the back and seat is easy and it snaps solidly into place. Durability and safety is not an issue with this bench.
All in all, this is a rock solid, durable bench. The main drawback is that the bench is higher than a competition bench. You can prop your feet on the bench’s feet to adjust for this, but I would still avoid this bench if you regularly compete in bench.
