I think itβs a preference thing that my wife and I didnt end up liking the thickness of this mat. It didnβt slide, but would spread out when stretching, almost like I was kneading dough if that make sense. Now it lines my storage rack so my sandbags donβt get punctured.

This is another one of those situations where I couldn't possibly consider spending more money on this particular product. I prefer to lie on the mat (vs my deadlift platform)for some stretches where I need to be flat on the ground.

Wife bought as she hates laying on the stall mats for floor excercises. I have used for weighted sit ups and its comfy. Maybe a little to squishy for weishted excercises but seems ok for stretch and yoga style
