It works as advertised as long as the advertisement you're listening to isn't a podcaster saying it'll change your life and improve your ACT scores. I bought one a few years ago and use it intermittently on my psoas and traps, but I'm sure it's useful for other muscles too. Provides a good bit of benefit, but I'm not sure it's worth the $80 price point on amazon.
